1. 旅館業法に従い、氏名、住所、職業、その他の個人情報を事前に登録してください。

2. 最大宿泊人数は10人です（小さなお子様のみ相談可能）

5. Noise is prohibited. No noise is allowed on the premises. In particular, noise is prohibited between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., which is the sleeping hours of neighboring residents.

8. please be sure to turn off the air conditioner, TV, lights, etc. before going out.

12. cleaning service is not provided during your stay. If your room is dirty, please ask us to clean it (negotiable for longer stays of 15 nights or more).

13. in case of an emergency, contact us immediately by phone or SMS as soon as possible.

14. Please use your room properly. When you check out, please make sure that your room is in the same condition as when you checked in.

15. if check-out is delayed and disrupts the cleaning service, you may be asked to pay an additional fee.

16. ｱﾀｯｼｭｹｰｽ､ﾍﾞﾋﾞｰｶｰ等､普通ｺﾞﾐとして処理できない残地物がある場合､処分費用として請求することがあります｡

iv. 騒音などにより近隣住民から苦情が出た場合：3万円

v. Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + 10,000 yen for installation
