House Rules

Please make reservations on the assumption that you will comply with the following

1. Please register your name, address, occupation, and other personal information in advance in accordance with the Ryokan Business Law.
2. Maximum number of guests is 10 (only small children can be consulted).
3. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
4. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
5. No noise allowed. No noise is allowed on the premises. In particular, noise is prohibited between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., which is the sleeping hours of nearby residents.
6. Non-guests are not allowed in the room.
7. Do not remove furniture or equipment (such as toilet paper) from the room.
8. Please be sure to turn off air conditioners, TVs, lights, etc. before going out.
9. Pets are not allowed.
10. Before checking out, please place your trash in the indoor trash can or outdoor trash area.
11. Please use one towel and linen per person. Please do your own laundry.
12. Cleaning service is not provided during your stay. If your room is dirty, we will ask you to clean it (negotiable for longer stays of 15 nights or more).
13. In case of an emergency, call or SMS us immediately and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
14. Please use your room properly. When you check out, please make sure that your room is in the same condition as when you checked in.
15. If check-out is delayed and disrupts cleaning services, you may be asked to pay an additional fee.
16. If there are leftover items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as attaché cases, baby strollers, etc., the cost may be charged as a disposal fee.
17. Violation of the above house rules will result in the following fines

• i. Excess capacity: 501 TP3T of the basic room rate per person
• ii. Late check-out: 5,000 yen per 30 minutes
• iii. Smoking: 30,000 yen
• iv. In the event of complaints from neighbors due to noise, etc.: 30,000 yen
• v. Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + 10,000 yen for installation
• vi. Other: negotiable depending on circumstances
