Description

It is a great place to stay where the whole family can relax and have fun. We look forward to welcoming you all.

Located between central Tokyo and Haneda Airport, this private one-house accommodation can accommodate up to 17 people and is a 7-minute walk from Heiwajima Station. It is air-conditioned and offers free WiFi and room theater.

It has 7 bedrooms, a room theater, a flat-screen smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, a washing machine, a bathroom, and 3 toilets with bidets. Two baby cribs are also available for those with babies.

Smart TVs and in-room theaters allow guests to connect their smartphones.

There are many gardens such as Tokyo Tower, Hamarikyu Garden and Kyu-Shibarikyu Gardens, and popular tourist spots such as Ginza and Tokyo within about 30 minutes from the accommodation.

Transportation is extremely convenient: Tokyo Station is 30 minutes away without transfers, and Haneda Airport Terminals 1 and 2 are approximately 20 minutes away without transfers.

Precautions

Please make reservations on the assumption that you will comply with the following

  1. Please register your name, address, occupation, and other personal information in advance in accordance with the Ryokan Business Law.
  2. The maximum number of guests is 17 (only small children can be consulted).
  3. Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
  4. Smoking is not permitted on the premises.
  5. No noise is allowed. In particular, please be quiet between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., which is the sleeping time of the residents in the neighborhood.
  6. Please do not let anyone into the room other than the guests.
  7. Do not remove furniture or equipment (such as toilet paper) from the room.
  8. Always turn off air conditioners, televisions, lights, etc. when leaving the house.
  9. Pets are not allowed in the room.
  10. Please place your trash in the indoor trash can or outdoor trash area before check-out.
  11. Please use one towel and linen per person and wash them by yourself.
  12. No cleaning service is provided during your stay. If your room is dirty, please ask us to clean it (negotiable for longer stays of 15 nights or more).
  13. In case of emergency, please call or SMS us immediately.
  14. Please use your room properly and return it to the same condition as when you checked in when you check out.
  15. Additional charges will be incurred if check-out is delayed and cleaning is interfered with.
  16. If there are leftover items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as attaché cases or baby strollers, a disposal fee will be charged.
  17. The following fines will be charged for violations of house rules
    • Over capacity: 501 TP3T of basic room charge per person
    • Late check-out: 5,000 yen per 30 minutes
    • Smoking: 30,000 yen
    • Neighbor complaints due to noise, etc.: 30,000 yen
    • Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + 10,000 yen for installation
    • Other: Negotiable depending on the situation.
