17. Violation of the above house rules will result in the following fines

• i. Excess capacity: 501 TP3T of the basic room rate per person
• ii.Late check-out: 5,000 yen per 30 minutes
• iii. Smoking: 30,000 yen
• iv.In the event of complaints from neighbors due to noise, etc.: 30,000 yen
• v. Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + 10,000 yen for installation
• vi. Other: Negotiable depending on the situation.
