違反時の罰金

• i. ｷｯﾁｱｳﾄ時人数超過のｷｯﾁｱｳﾄ時間の1名につき基本宿泊費の50%
• ii. ペット同伴チェックアウト遅延：分 30,000円円
• iii. ｷｯﾁｪｯｸｱｳﾄの不履行喫煙：30,000円円
• iv. ペット同伴騒音等により近隣から苦情が出た場合：30,000円円
• v. ペット同伴家具備品の破損及び盗難：1匹実費＋設置費 10,000円円
• vi. 家の鍵の紛失その他：10,000円状況に応じて応相談

整理版違反時の罰金

• iv. 騒音などにより近隣住民から苦情が出た場合：3万円
• v. Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + 10,000 yen for installation
• vi. その他：状況によって交渉可能。
