5. Noise is prohibited. No noise is allowed on the premises. In particular, noise is prohibited between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., which is the sleeping hours of neighboring residents.

15. if check-out is delayed and disrupts the cleaning service, you may be asked to pay an additional fee.
16. if there are leftover items that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, such as attaché cases, baby strollers, etc., the cost may be charged as a disposal fee.
17. the following fines will be charged for violations of the above house rules
i. Excess capacity: 501 TP3T of the basic room rate per person
ii. Late check-out: 5,000 yen per 30 minutes
iii. Smoking: 30,000 yen
iv. In the event of complaints from neighbors due to noise, etc.: 30,000 yen
v. Damage or theft of furniture and fixtures: Actual cost + 10,000 yen for installation
vi. Other: Negotiable depending on the situation.
